NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on February 18, 2020 to receive public comment on a request by Steve Nielsen, representing Nielsens Frozen Custard and Diner for a Development Agreement, known as the Nielsens Frozen Custard Development Agreement, located at approximately 1462 East Draper Parkway, for the purpose of authorizing various deviations to Draper City Municipal Code Title 9 Land Use and Development standards.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on February 18, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
