Approval of June 2019 Planning Commission Minutes Motion to approve- Don Hill Seconded- Gary Hunter Unanimous approval Motion passed 4. Old Business Nothing to report 5. New business license applications Nothing to report 6. New building permit applications a. Melinda Vierig- 315 Walk St. Clark Hyde- Wants to build a pole barn. He will need to meet all setbacks and bring in 3 sets of plans to the Town Clerk to get the process started. 7. Open Public Comments- (3 to 5 minutes per person) Nothing to report 8. Close Public Comments Nothing to report 9. Discuss Agenda for August 2019 Nothing to report 10. Planning Commission Board Updates/Assignments a. Upcoming Stockton Public Meetings Town Council- Thursday July 11, 2019 at 7pm b. Commission member(s) recruitment Mike Christensen will be resigning from Planning and Zoning. Claudia Baker will be taking his spot as the new Planning Commission member. 11.
