Call to Order, Chairman Ted Black 2. Opening Ceremony a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer 3. Business Items a. Open Meetings Training, Ryan Shaw b. Report from City Council c. Open public hearing to consider the request of a re-zone of the Karyl Lee Mounteer Trust property located at approximately 1700 West Farr West Drive d. Close public hearing and proceed with the regular meeting e. Recommendation to City Council of a re-zone of the Karyl Lee Mounteer Trust property located at approximately 1700 West Farr West Drive f. Recommendation to City Council of preliminary approval of the JAC subdivision located at approximately 1700 West, Jim Flint g. Recommendation to City Council of preliminary approval of the Blue Sky Subdivision, Amended Plat, John Pignatano h. Set a public hearing to consider the request of a conditional use permit for a boarding and kenneling facility located at 2623 North 2675 West, Patrick Andrus i. Recommendation to City Council of a draft ordinance addressing double frontage lots j. Consideration of a formal opinion by the Planning Commission of re-zoning existing properties south of 2700 North to the M-1 zone 4. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated January 23, 2019 5.
