The proposed building would have 73 residential units, be 63 feet in height, and have 18 parking stalls. Planning Development approval is requested to modify the front building setback along 400 West down to zero, to reduce the parking stall count from 83 down to 18, to gain up to 5 feet of additional building height from 60 feet, and to create a lot that does not front a public street (Gale Street).
