1. Discussion of single-family residential zoning density at approximately 2000 North 600 East with presentation by Jake Young and Don Barringer.
2. Discussion of an ordinance to Amend Title 8 Regulation of Businesses, to include requirements for Short-Term Rentals as a Home-Based business, and Title 12 to adjust the definitions of Short-Term Rental and Hotel or Motel, and to modify the Use Table to include Short-Term Rentals and remove Bed and Breakfast.
