TREMONTON CITY LIBRARY BOARD MEETING February 7, 2020 Meeting to be held at Tremonton City Library 210 North Tremont Street Tremonton, Utah 7:00 p.m. AGENDA 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes from January 15, 2020 4. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Library Board regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to three minutes. 5. New Business a. Introduce New Board Members 6. Unfinished Business a. Vote on Virtual Reality Policy b. Discuss Summer Reading Party 7. Board Reports a. Library Director's Report b. Business Items for the Next Board Meeting 8. Calendar Items a. Next Library Board Meeting will be held on April 15, 2020 b. Beginning Computer Class on Tuesdays from 9-11 a.m. (Senior Center) c. Computer Help Class on Wednesdays from 9-11 a.m. (Senior Center) d. Advanced Computer Class on Thursdays from 9-11 a.m. (Senior Center) e. Children's Story Hour on Fridays at 10 a.m. (Tremonton Library) f. Teens: Chocolate Olympics on February 21 at 6:30 p.m. (Tremonton Library) g. Family: STEM Activities (Science/Technology/Engineering/Math) February 29 from 2:00-4:00 (Senior Center) 9. Adjournment Anchor Location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device.
