- AGENDA SIGURD TOWN BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2020 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Sigurd Town Council will meet on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, which meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening remarks 1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Kelly Alvey 2. Roll Call 3. Minutes of Meeting held January 8, 2020, and Minutes of Work Meetings held January 14, 2020, and January 21, 2020, to be approved and/or amended by the council 4. Interviews and appointment of a new councilmember left by a vacancy on the council 5. Citizens Requests Kayla Bullard Tyson Jewkes, Kelly Chappell from Ensign Engineering/water project 6. Bills and Finances 7. Department Reports Park and Cemeteries: Water: Discuss Bastian ditch Roads: Fire: Office: 8. Mayor Kelly Alvey - All other business that needs to be taken care of 9. Adjourn
