- OAKLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Wednesday February 5, 2020 6:00 PM Oakley City Hall (Public Welcome) 1. Call the meeting to order. 2. Castona Code Violations Parcels FBD-1 and FBD-2 Administrative Hearing with Possible Action (No at large Public Comment) 3. Approval of the Minutes for December 12, 2019. 4. Other business at the discretion of the Chairman 5. Planner Items 6. Adjourn PLEASE NOTE: Public Comments are invited for the public hearing portion of a Planning Commission meeting. Those attending who wish to speak during a Public Hearing must first identify themselves and limit their comments to five minutes. Those who wish to submit written comments must deliver said comments to the City Recorder no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the commission meeting. Written comments will become part of the written record. Public hearings will be conducted according to Roberts Rules of Order. This notice has been posted in three (3) public places at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting
