- 6:30 Roll Call Approval of meeting minutes from 1/15 and special meeting 1/21 Public Citizens to Be Heard Old Business Update from Town Council Review and vote on draft for Off Street Parking ordinance Review and vote on draft for Animal ordinance Review and vote on draft for Short Term Rental ordinance Discuss and vote on Planning and Zoning Bylaws and advisor expectations New Business Review building permits and site plan applications Update on joint meeting with Town Council-February 12, 2020 Schedule dates for public hearings Establish a timeline for reviewing and adapting current ordinances Update on partnership with University of Utah on ordinances Discussion of possible community dark sky education event with IDA and Friends of Canyonlands and Arches NPS Discuss division of duties while Chair is on extended leave Other Additional Items to be added to the next meeting's agenda 8:30 Adjourn Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Monday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Wednesday scheduled meeting. Our next regular meeting will be held at the Bluff Community Center on Wednesday, February 19th, 2020 at 6:30 pm.
