Description/Agenda: KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., at the Kaysville City Fire Station located at 175 South Main Street, Kaysville, to consider: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF TITLE 17 DEALING WITH LOT WIDTH, AND YARD REQUIREMENTS, SECTION 17-25-6, PROJECTIONS INTO REQUIRED YARDS, EXEMPTIONS OR MODIFICATIONS, AND SECTION 17-31-2 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS, OF TITLE 17, PLANNING AND ZONING. AND AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 17-4-7, APPOINTMENT OF PLANNING COMMISSION ALTERNATES OF TITLE 17, PLANNING AND ZONING. I hereby certify that I posted a copy of the foregoing Public Hearing notice on the municipality's official website by February 3, 2020.
