- The Nibley City Council will hold the following Public Hearings: The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on proposed zoning and annexation of the Wesley Nelson Farms Inc.; 57.734 acres located North of 2600 S, West of 1200 W, and East of Highway 89/91; Parcel ID 03-007-0019. The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a Residential Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone Application, approximately 76 acres located in the area North of 3200 S, West of Highway 165, and East of City Hall. The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed Water Master Plan Update. When: February 13, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard Where: Nibley City Hall 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah The City will accept written comments submitted to City Hall or emailed to stephen@nibleycity.com before the meeting.
