- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct public hearing in the following order: a. The City Council shall receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission for possible approval of a request from Dick Wells and Dustin Coleman to amend the General Plan and change the zoning from RA-1 residential to R-1-12 at property located at 325 North 200 West (Tax Id.# 11-078-0003 & Tax Id.#11-078-0042) and across the street approximately 328 North 200 West. (Tax. Id.# 11-079-0042). 8. Geoff Cox-Discuss winter parking code and adjustments that could be made on enforcement. 9. Tayler Jensen-Introduce himself as the planner for Cache County. 11. Nathan Chambers-present for possible approval the preliminary plan for the Chambers Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) from 500 South 100 West to 144 West. Tax Id. #10-29-0012 12. Thomas Bailey-Discuss the emergency interim successors for Wellsville City for the year 2020. 13. Scott Wells-Discuss Wellsville City second quarter financial statements including October, November and December. 14. Department reports 15. City Manager/Recorders report
