PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: A zone change from C-2 (Highway Commercial) to R-2 (Multiple Family / Duplex) at 70 West 700 South Street on approximately 0.25 acres. The applicants are Keith and Bonnie Bracken. Case No. 2020-ZC-008. A zone change amendment to the PD-R (Planned Development Residential) zone on 8.0 acres (Area 3.1) generally located on the logical extension of Hidden Valley Drive (Lot 3 Hidden Valley Phase 9). The owner is SITLA (State of Utah Institutional Trust Lands), the applicant is Ivory Homes, and the representative is Jair Almaraz. Case No. 2020-ZCA-009 A request from Commerce Point, LC to develop Building 200, a single-story building on Lot 4 in the Commerce Point Phase 1 commercial subdivision. The site is generally located at the intersection of Black Ridge Drive and the I-15 interchange (1333 S Hilton Drive). The property is zoned C-2 (Highway Commercial). Case No. 2020-CUP-002. The City of St. George is proposing to amend a portion of the City zoning ordinance, specifically chapter 10-19 as it relates to on site guest parking requirements for multi-family developments.
