The Mayor and Council will meet in the Council Work Room for informal discussion and dinner. No action will be taken on any items. CALL TO ORDER- 5:30 P.M. COUNCIL BUSINESS 1. Calendar Feb 05 - Budget Meeting 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Feb 11 - Work/Study Meeting 5:30 p.m. Feb 17 - Observance of President's Day (City Offices Closed Monday) Feb 18 - Work/Study Meeting 5:30 p.m., City Council Meeting 7:00 p.m. 2. DISCUSSION ON THIS EVENING'S REGULAR MEETING AGENDA ITEMS a) Invocation - Councilmember Packard b) Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Monney c) Consent Agenda 1. Approval of minutes for the January 21, 2020 Work/Study and City Council meetings 2. Approval of a Plat Amendment for Quail Valley, Plat C, which is a vacation of Lots 56 and 57 of Quail Valley, Plat A, located in the area of 250 North 1275 West, Springville - Josh Yost, Community Development Director 3. DISCUSSIONS/PRESENTATIONS a) Allen's Block Development Discussion - Josh Yost, Community Development Director 4. MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS 5. CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by UCA 52-4-205. 6. ADJOURNMENT
