STATE RECORDS COMMITTEE MEETING Friday, February 21, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Utah State Archives Building 346 S. Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake (UPD): Requesting access to constructive denial by CAO for denied/redacted investigation records performed by Detective Dan Child that involved an envelope that was mailed to Barry Page in August 2015. Patrick Sullivan v. Utah Department of Corrections: Requesting access to new policy FD20, new matrix guideline, including all emails, correspondence, memorandums and letters related to the new policy, specifically explaining why the new policy has yet to take effect.
