- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FEBRUARY 11, 2020 and FEBRUARY 20, 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend Title 19, Zoning, Chapter 19.05, Section 19.05.030 Table 5-1, Table of Land Use Regulations to reduce the side yard setback regulation for single family homes in the R-S zoning district. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue. The hearings will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission and City Council meetings. Public comments are welcomed.
