- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on February 11, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for: Amendment to the Municipal code section 16.15.050: Concept plans The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
