NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold consecutive Public Hearings along with a meeting on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. Proposed Approval to Recommend proposed Gunnison City ordinance amendment regarding 'Section 4.20.180.1 Hours of Operation , hours at which liquor may be sold or offered for sale' to the City Council for approval 4. 7:15 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed lot split at approximately 270 East 100 South, Jason Dallam 5. Proposed Approval to Recommend proposed lot split at approximately 270 East 100 South, Jason Dallam, to City Council for approval 6. Update on Progress of Code Amendment for Airbnb's, Shawn & Lori Jensen 7. Approve Minutes 8.
