Millcreek, Utah Public Hearings Notice Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold six public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of ZT-20-001/ZM-20-001, adoption of an institutional facilities (IF) zone and rezone of the St. Marks Hospital property form R-M and C-1 to IF at 1200 E. 3900 S. by applicant Perkins & Will; 2) consideration of ZT-20-002, amendments to the City Center Overlay Zone; 3) consideration of GP-20-001, adoption of the Millcreek Transportation Master Plan as an element of the General Plan; 4) consideration of CU-20-001, preliminary conditional use permit for a mixed use building consisting of 45 residential condominiums and 38,000 square feet of commercial space at 1257 E. Villa Vista Avenue by applicant Han Sol 2; 5) consideration of SD-20-001, preliminary plat approval for a one-lot subdivision in a R-1-8 zone at 3833 S. Hillside Drive by Amanda Mertens; and 6) consideration of SD-20-002, preliminary plat approval for a 3-lot subdivision in a R-1-5 zone at 828 E. 4125 S. by applicant Aldo Arnone. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the ADA Coordinator at khansen@millcreek.us or 801-214-2751 two days prior to the meeting date.
