- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South, regarding the following matters: Subdivision Amendment - Request of Riley Sorensen for a four-lot subdivision amendment called Antelope Business Park Commercial Subdivision 1st Amended located at 1200 West 200 South in the Industrial Development (ID) Zone. Subdivision Amendment - Request of John E. Lindquist for a one-lot subdivision amendment called Titan Subdivision 2nd Amended located at 869 South 2000 West in the Professional Office (PO) Zone. Surplus Property - Syracuse City intends to surplus approximately 1.53 acres of City-owned property located at approximately 1850 West 1700 South in the General Commercial (GC) Zone. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
