Description/Agenda: On February 6, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for review of the Jonsson Mink Farm Zone Change, 5.3-acres of property located at approximately 700 South 1900 West changing the Zoning from TH-5 (Transitional Holding) to R-3 (high density residential). Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for review of the Jonsson Park Towns Preliminary Plat, a 59-unit residential development located at approximately 700 South 1900 West.
