- HUNTSVILLE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Commission Meeting, Thursday, January 23, 2020, 7:00 p.m., Huntsville Town Hall. DATE: JANUARY 23, 2020 PLACE: Huntsville Town Hall, 7309 E. 200 S. TIME: 7:00 P.M. The items to be discussed are as follows: 1) Roll call. 2) Approval of Minutes for Planning Commission Meeting December 9, 2020. 3) Approval of the Planning Commission Schedule for 2020. 4) Reminder about yearly training. Two options: Wednesday, January 29th 7 p.m. in Marriott-Slaterville OR Wednesday, February 19th at Huntsville Town Hall. 5) Ethics and Disclosure agreements for Planning Commission Members. 6) Discussion and/or action on Land Use Permit for Richard Sorensen, 469 South 7500 East, parcel #240230004. 7) Discussion on Special Overlay Zone Requirements. 8) Land Use Coordinator Update: Rex Harris. 9) Chairman's Report. 10) Public Comment. 11) Motion to adjourn.
