PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
A zone change amendment for the Red Cliffs Mall. The property is currently zoned PD-C (Planned Development Commercial). The applicant is proposing to change the Development plan for the mall by adding several pad sites, updated signage, an outdoor plaza, changing building elevations, and realigning the entrance point on Red Cliffs Drive. The property is generally located on the south west intersection of Red Cliffs Drive and Mall Drive. Additional property is located on the east side of Mall Drive. Case No. 2020-ZCA-006.
A zone change amendment to develop Lots #2 and #3 of the Dinosaur Professional Park subdivision on approximately 2.64 acres. It proposed to construct a 2-story professional building for Family Healthcare clinic. The site is generally located on Riverside Drive generally northeast of 2200 East Street. Case No. 2020-ZCA-005.
A zone change for the Bloomington Country Club Apartments. The applicant is proposing to change the zoning on the property from its current designation of OS (Open Space) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) with the intent of building four apartment buildings on the site. The property is generally located at 3174 South Bloomington Drive at the current golf course maintenance facilities site. Case No. 2020-ZCA-004.
A zone change from A-1 (agriculture) to RE-37.5 (Residential Estates 37,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on approximately 5.75 acres. The site is generally located at 3210 East and 2000 South. Case No. 2020-ZC-007.
A zone change from RE-12.5 (Residential Estate 12,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to C-2 (Highway Commercial) zone to allow development of a warehouse addition for the existing power sports business. This zone change is on approximately 0.77 acres. This property is generally located north of Red Hills Parkway and 700 North and west of 1700 East Street. Case No. 2019-ZC-001.
A General Plan amendment in order to amend the land use map of the general plan in this area. The applicant is proposing to change the land use category on a portion of the property from open space and Commercial to High Density Residential. The property is generally located at approximately 300 West & 900 South. Case No. 2020-GPA-006.
