Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The City Council shall receive public input and then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission for possible approval of a request from Dick Wells and Dustin Coleman to amend the general plan and change the zoning, from RA-1 residential to R-1-12 at the property located at 325 North 200 West (Tax Id.# 11-078-0003 & Tax Id. #11-078-0014) and across the street at approximately 328 North 200 West. (Tax Id. #11-079-0042
