NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the Council Chambers,
185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 01/22/2020. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items
in order to facilitate special needs.

9. PRICE RIVER WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE - Consideration and possible approval of pre-contract application documents for NRCS PL566 grant for continued studies on a proposed lower elevation reservoir as well as the surrounding watershed. The documents include an application for the funding, a statement on felony convictions, a statement on federal lobbyists, and a statement on compliance to federal regulations regarding funding for non-construction programs. The Price River Water Resources Committee approved using this money for further research. The official agreement with the NRCS will follow at a later date.
10. STATE OF UTAH COMMUNITY LIBRARY ENHANCEMENT FUNDS (CLEF) GRANT - Consideration and possible approval for the Price City Library to accept the CLEF Grant.
11. AGREEMENT - Consideration and possible approval of an Agreement Between Price City and the Price Theater Regarding a Certified Local Government (CLG) Grant Project.
12. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - Consideration and possible approval of an MOU between the University of Utah, Gardner Policy Institute and Price City regarding use of Coal Strike Team funding for Price City downtown.
13. PRICE CITY BUILDINGS CONTRACT CLEANING SERVICE - Consideration and possible approval for continuation of the cleaning services contract with We Mean Klean, LLC.
14. TRAVEL REQUESTS - Consideration and possible approval of travel requests for:
