Description/Agenda: Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on January 28, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for: Marketplace at Town Center: a commercial project located on Southwest corner of Eagle Mountain Blvd and Pony Express Pkwy. City Sign Rezone: a project to rezone property by Direct Communications and south of highway 73 to commercial for a new Eagle Mountain City sign. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
