- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL JANUARY 17, 2020 9:00 A.M. Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Salisbury Developers seeking site plan amendment approval for a 16 feet x 40 feet, three-story addition to the Container Corner site located at 533 S 1750 W in the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. 2. Kevin Stuflick seeking site plan approval for a warehouse addition to the Art City Frame Co. located at 925 N Main in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on Thursday, January 16, 2020 .
