Delta City Council Annual Notice: Delta City Planning & Zoning Commission Annual Notice: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Delta City Planning & Zoning Commission (P & Z) of Delta, Utah will conduct their regularly scheduled meeting in the year 2020 on the second Thursday of each month, except if the meeting dates falls upon a legal holiday. Meetings commence at 7:00 p.m., in the Delta City Municipal Complex Council Chambers at the Delta City Municipal Building located at 76 North 200 West, Delta, Utah. Public Hearings, Special and Emergency meetings are held when necessary, at a time determined by the Commission. Meetings may be canceled if there is not sufficient business on the agenda to merit holding said meeting. THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we will make reasonable accommodations for those needing assistance to participate in our meetings. NOTICE: Be aware the Planning and Zoning Commission may conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA 52-4-207, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than illustrated herein to meet the needs of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Individuals and entities that have business before the Planning and Zoning Commission should be present at meeting commencement.
