- Notice is hereby given that the Bear River City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on January 16, 2020, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bear River City Civic Center, 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River, Utah. 1. Meeting Called to Order Opening Ceremony Roll Call 2. Action on minutes- December 19, 2019 3. Planning and Zoning Report- Karey Pelch 4. Discussion and Possible Action- Amending the General Plan 5. Future considerations- 6. Assignments for next meeting 7. Adjournment Planning Commission meetings are public meetings. All issues and items voted on during the meeting must be on the agenda. Those wanting time in the meeting to present requests must be on the agenda. Schedule this with Shanda Reney (see below). Public meeting agendas must be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify Shanda Reney at least 24 hours before the meeting.
