- 6:30 Roll Call Approval of meeting minutes from 12/19 Public Citizens to Be Heard Old Business Update from Town Council Update on building permit application/land use clearance and vote to approve land clearance Review and discuss draft for Short Term Rental ordinance Review and discuss draft for Off Street Parking ordinance Review and discuss draft for Animal ordinance New Business Review building permits and site plan applications Vote for Chair and Vice Chair for 2020 term Create roster for commission member information and terms Schedule joint meeting with Town Council Review and vote on updated P and Z bylaws Other Additional Items to be added to the next meeting's agenda 8:30 Adjourn Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Monday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Wednesday scheduled meeting. An Agenda Item Request form can be found online at http://townofbluff.org/planning-zoning/. Our next regular meeting will be held at the Bluff Community Center on Wednesday, February 5th, 2020 at 6:30 pm.
