Call to order by Chairman Manning Butterworth; Pledge of Allegiance by Greg Turner 2. Disclosures and declaration of conflicts from Commission Members 3. Oath of Office for Alternate Planning Commissioner Jason Grygla B. REVIEW OF MINUTES: 1. Review and possible approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from December 2019. C. REPORTS 1. Planning Chair, Manning Butterworth 2. Commissioners 3. Zoning Official, Mike Vercimak 4. City Council Liaison, Councilman Gary Chaves D. BUSINESS ITEMS: 1. Discussion and possible appointment of Planning Commission Chair for 2020. 2. Discussion and possible appointment of Planning Commission Pro Tempore. 3. Conditional Use Permit for a Bed and Breakfast located at 2145 S Toquer Blvd Monkey Ridge B&B/Curtis and Ranae Biggs. (No complaints on file) 4. Home Occupation Permit for a home office located at 61 W Old Church Rd Blue Desert Rhapsody LLC/Alex and Jenny Chamberlain. (No complaints on file) 5. Conditional Use Permit for a Pet Crematorium located at 490 S Westfield Rd Forever Friends/Angel Hutchings. (No complaints on file) 6. Home Occupation Permit for a home office located at 720 S Toquer Blvd Heideman Investments/Paul Heideman. (No complaints on file) 7. Home Occupation Permit for a home office located at 1235 S Crater Lake Way Wild Mountain Outfitters/Shawn Labrum. (No complaints on file) 8. Discussion and possible recommendation for a simple subdivision located at 12 S Toquer Blvd submitted by EAL Investments/Keen Ellsworth. 7. Discussion and possible recommendation on amending Title 5, Chapter 1 Animal Control. E. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Discussion on amending Title 10, Chapter 19, Articles A-H Subdivisions. F.
