PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 23rd, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat Located at approx. 452 S Pleasant Grove Blvd (Sam Whites Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Maqsood Merchant for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called The Void Plat D on property located at approximately 452 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan Located at approx. 452 S Pleasant Grove Blvd (Sam Whites Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Maqsood Merchant for a site plan for a single-story, single-tenant restaurant building on property located at approximately 452 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
