The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on a proposed Ordinance 20-03: An Impact Fee Facilities Plans And An Impact Fee Enactment For Wastewater.
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a Residential Planned Unit Overlay Zone Application for the proposed Firefly Estates Development, located approximately at 2200 S and 1200 W.
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a preliminary subdivision plat for the proposed Firefly Estates Development, located approximately at 2200 S and 1200 W.
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance updating Nibley City standards for Outdoor Lighting.
When: Thursday, January 23, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard
