- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SALON AT 3990 S 5100 W * PUBLIC HEARING : The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 22nd Day of January, 2020 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request for a conditional use permit for a Salon at 3990 S 5100 W. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
