Wednesday, January 15, 2020 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a work session commencing at 5:30 p.m. and Planning Commission Meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on January 15, 2020. Planning Commission Training and Discussion on Work Program starting at 5:30 p.m. 2. Minutes A. December 4, 2019 3. Preliminary Plat A. RB Subdivision. The proposal involves an industrial subdivision consisting of 2 lots on approximately 6.01 acres located at 751 West 1000 North. 4. Annexation A. DAC-Swenson. The proposal involves a request to annex 26.47 acres at approximately 1900 South 1700 West. 5. Title 15 Amendments (Public Hearing) A. The proposal would amend Title 15.3.20.060 regarding the Development Enhancement Overlay to allow the Overlay in the R-O zone. B. The proposal would amend Title 15.3.20.070 regarding the Aggregate Transportation, Storage and Reclamation Overlay. 6. Zone Change (Public Hearing) A. Ludlow Development Enhancement. The proposal would impose the Development Enhancement Overlay for a .32-acre property located at 103 East 100 South. 7. Adjourn
