October 2, 2019 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members Kit and Annie Anderson, Tracy Randall, Pattie Hansen, Tyler Rowley and council woman Kristen Vose. The meeting was opened with the pledge of allegiance led by Kit and then went immediately to the first item of business without opening to public comment. The commission did not formally approve the minutes from last month's meeting. Item #1 Cindy Ward zoning clearance for unattached garage at 655 E 100 N Cindy presented her revised plans to the commission. The garage will now be attached to the home with proper frontage on all sides. The commission looked over the plans and a motion was made by Tracy to approve the zoning clearance. Pattie seconded the motion. Kit said 'I approved. Annie approved. We all approved.' But a vote was not taken. Item #2 Richard Webb zoning clearance for unattached garage at 20 W 100 S Richard presented his plans and the commission looked over them. All frontage requirements were met. Tracy made a motion to approve the zoning clearance for Richard. Annie seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion carried. Item #3 Preston Wilson zoning clearance for new home construction at 585 W Main Preston presented his construction plans for his new modular home to the commission. He has more than enough frontage on all sides. A motion was made by Tyler and seconded by Annie to approve the zoning clearance. Kit approved it without a formal vote from the commission. Item #4 Adjourn meeting Kit declared the meeting adjourned. Shannon World, clerk
