The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Sara Urry Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Sara Urry Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public) Youth City Council Report Consent: -Minutes of December 10, 2019 -Bills of Pleasant View City Business: 6:10 P.M. 1. Swear in and Welcome the newly elected Councilmembers. 6:15 P.M. 2. Discussion and possible action to grant final plat approval for Heart of Pole Patch Phase 2. Applicant: Carson Jones.
