Description/Agenda: TOWN OF TABIONA PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that Tabiona Town Council will hold its regular council meeting on the day of January 14, 2020 at the Tabiona Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Welcome A. Call to Order B. Approval of December Minutes 2. Discussion for Water Rate Increase Council will hold a public hearing to solicit comments concerning a culinary water user rate increase. The purpose of the rate increase is to fund an upcoming culinary water project that will develop a new spring site with additional items that will be discussed at the hearing. The increase is anticipated to raise the base water user rate. 3. Fee for Residents Tampering with Meters 4. Financial Review and Approval of Checks 5. Adjourn Jenny Giles Town Clerk
