Welcome 02. Public Comment (3 minute limit) 03. Director's Report 04. Commission Report 05. Board Reports 06. Discuss changing format of board reports. 07. Discuss/Approve/Deny minutes from November and December meetings. 08. Discuss/Approve/Deny recommendation to Emery County Commission regarding appointment of Justin Queen for new term (2020-2023). 09. Discuss/Approve/Deny recommendation to Emery County Commission regarding appointment of Bill Dellos for new term (2020-2023). 10. Discuss/Approve/Deny recommendation to Emery County Commission regarding Julie Rollins being a library substitute. 11. Discuss/Approve/Deny 2020 meeting and training schedule. 12. Discuss/Approve/Deny individual library budgets for FY2020. 13. Discuss/Approve/Deny Emery County Library System Temporary Library Closure Policy. 14. Discuss/Approve/Deny new hours for libraries as requested by Emery County School District and recommended by Emery County Commissioners. 15. Discuss/Approve Deny Strategic Plan. 16. Adjourn. Individuals are invited to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting. Individual comments will be limited to three minutes with up to three minutes follow up for the Library Board to ask questions regarding the comments. Once the public comment portion of the meeting is concluded, individuals will not be allowed to address the Library Board unless listed on the agenda.
