- AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION JANUARY 22, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on January 22, 2020 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Review and action on the Houle Annexation Agreement, for property located at approximately 935 East 50 South and consisting of approximately .60 acres 3. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for Dollar Tree, located at 648 East State Street in SC-1 Planned Shopping Center zone 4. Review and action on the 2020 American Fork City Planning Commission Meeting Schedule 5. Review and action on the election of Planning Commission Officers 6. Other Business 7. Site Plan Committee Report 8. Review and action on the minutes of the January 8, 2020 Planning Commission Regular Session 9. Adjournment John H. Woffinden, P.G.
