A JOINT WORK SESSION OF THE VINEYARD CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. _______________ Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Vineyard, Utah, will hold a joint work session with Planning Commission on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible following the Vineyard Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting in the Vineyard City Council Chambers, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following: AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. WORK SESSION Anderson Geneva will present a concept plan of the following four Town Center Open Spaces: 2.1 Lake Promenade/Station Plaza 2.2 North Greenway 2.3 Lakefront 2.4 Geneva Park 3. DESIGN CHARRETTE 3.1 Town Center Open Spaces Those in attendance will be divided into three to four groups as part of the design charrette to discuss the plans and obtain comments from participants. There will be no action taken during this session. The design charrettes will not be recorded and no minutes will be taken. 4. ADJOURNMENT This meeting may be held electronically to allow a councilmember or commissioner to participate by teleconference. The Public is invited to participate in all City Council and Planning Commission meetings. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this public meeting should notify the City Recorder, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
