- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from Dick Wells and Dustin Coleman to amend the General Plan and change the zoning from RA-1 Residential to R-1-12 at property located at 325 North 200 West (Tax Id.#11-078-0003 and Tax Id. #11-078-0014) and across the street approximately 328 North 200 West. (Tax Id.#11-079-0042).
