Town Of Portage Council Meeting and Public Hearing Wednesday January 8, 2020 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1 Review and Approval of minutes from November 13 , 2019 and December 11, 2019 Town Council Meeting. 2 Review and Approval of December 12, 2019 - January 8, 2020 Bills/Payroll. 3 Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4 Swear in Council Member John and Nielson as new 4 yr Council Members 5 Vote on new wild fire plan 6 Vote on monthly meeting times and dates 7 Vote on Town Leader subscription Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
