Description/Agenda

The West Jordan Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at which time input will be received concerning the proposed item: - OAKRIDGE PARK PHASE 5 8200 South 6700 West; Future Land Use Map Amendment for approximately 9.09 acres from Public Facilities to Medium Density Residential; Ivory Development/Skylar Tolbert (applicant) - NIELSENS CUSTARD, HIGHLANDS CENTER 7652 South Highlands Loop Road; Future Land Use Map Amendment for approximately 1.5 acres from High Density Residential to Community Commercial and Rezoning from HFR (High Density Multi-Family residential WSPA to SC-2 (Community Shopping Center) Zone; Peterson Development/Barrett Peterson (applicant) - TEXT AMENDMENT West Foothill District; Amend the 2009 West Jordan Municipal Code adding Article K West Foothill District to Title 13 Chapter 6; City-wide applicability; City of West Jordan (applicant) The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the West Jordan City Hall, third floor, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. The Planning Commission will consider input from all interested parties prior to making a recommendation to the City Council.
