Description/Agenda: 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Pledge of allegiance. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes December 5, 2019. 6- Helper Film Festival update and possible approval on local consent. 7- Possible approval on MOU between Helper Fire Department and BLM Wildland. 8- Discussion and possible approval on three year Strategic Plan and Collection Development Policy. 9- Appointment of Lisa Mortensen to Library Board. 10- Approval to apply for a CIB grant for cemetery improvements. 11- Approval to purchase radiators for Helper Library in the amount of $7250. 12- Discussion and possible approval on purchasing an extra sander in the amount of $7,600.
