Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday January 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a request by Terry Harward for preliminary and final approval of Phases 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Villages at Arrowhead Park, a planned residential development located west of Arrowhead Trail street at approximately 1500 North. Phase 8 contains 96 single-family dwellings and 26 twin home units, Phases 9 & 10 consist of 43 single-family dwellings and 48 twin home units, and Phase 11 includes 90 condominium attached units.
