Re-elected Councilmembers George McEwan, Robyn Mecham and Bill Ince will
be sworn in for their 2020-2024 terms. The oath of office will be administered by Justice Court Judge David Miller.
2. 4th of July Celebration Report
Kim and Brian Curnow will give an update on the 2019 4th of July celebration.
3. Public Hearing - Vacation of Municipal Waterline and Public Utility Easements -
Sheffield Downs Subdivision
Consider Petition to vacate a municipal waterline and public utility easements in
connection with the Sheffield Downs Subdivision located at approximately 350

4. Zoning Map Amendment - DeVore Property Rezone from Agriculture-Low to
Residential-Low
