CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS WORK SESSION MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON January 7, 2020 AT THE CENTERVILLE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Tentative - The times shown below are tentative and are subject to change during the meeting. Time:7:00 A. ROLL CALL B. PRAYER OR THOUGHT Councilmember Mecham C. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE D. OPEN SESSION (This item allows for the public to comment on any subject of municipal concern, including agenda items that are not scheduled for a public hearing. Please state your name and city of residence. E. BUSINESS 1. City Council Swearing-In Re-elected Councilmembers George McEwan, Robyn Mecham and Bill Ince will be sworn in for their 2020-2024 terms. The oath of office will be administered by Justice Court Judge David Miller. 2. 4th of July Celebration Report Kim and Brian Curnow will give an update on the 2019 4th of July celebration. 3. Public Hearing - Vacation of Municipal Waterline and Public Utility Easements - Sheffield Downs Subdivision Consider Petition to vacate a municipal waterline and public utility easements in connection with the Sheffield Downs Subdivision located at approximately 350 East Pages Lane - Ordinance No. 2020-02 4. Zoning Map Amendment - DeVore Property Rezone from Agriculture-Low to Residential-Low TABLED FROM 12/3/2019 AND 12/17/2019 MEETINGS: Consider the proposed Zoning Map Amendment for the Devore Property consisting of approximately 16.75 acres and located at approximately 2125 North Main Street and Frontage Road from Agricultural-Low (A-L) to Residential-Low (R-L) - Ordinance No. 2020-01 5. Utah Clean Diesel Program Grant Centerville City and Utah Department of Air Quality (UDAC) grant contract to replace two Class 8 Diesel trucks. 6. Appointment to South Davis Sewer District Board TABLED FROM 12/17/19: Appoint Dee C. Hansen to the South Davis Sewer District Board of Trustees - Resolution No. 2020-01 7. City Council Appointments to Boards and Committees Appoint City Councilmembers and other qualified persons to various districts, boards, and committees of the City and outside agencies, including appointment of the Mayor Pro Tem - Resolution No. 2020-02 8.
