Salina-Gunnison Airport Board Meeting Tuesday, January 7, 2020, 7:00 p.m. Salina City Hall 90 W. Main Salina, UT 84654 Board Members: Richard Nay, Airport Manager Salina: Jed Maxwell, Mayor; John Maxwell, Council; Mel Anderson, Airport Member Gunnison: Lori Nay, Mayor; Robert Andersen, Council; Chuck Hammond, Airport Member Agenda: 1. Discuss Master Plan for Airport: Growth, placement of new hangars, and building standards with proposed approval. 2. Discuss land lease policy with proposed approval. 3. Discuss request for land lease for new hangar with proposed approval. 4. Discuss old, on the ramp, city owned hangar, improvement options, determine policy for use with proposed approval. 5. Review Airport Improvement Project and its current status with discussion regarding prioritizing and possible phasing of improvements along with funding options, Ryan Savage, Savage Albrecht Engineering Runway Asphalt Rehab, Primary Taxiway Rehab, Secondary Taxiway Rehab, Ramp Asphalt Rehab, Well for Water, Bathrooms and Pilot Building, Fuel Tanks and Pump, Security Gate, 1150 foot Runway Extension, North, 100 foot Ramp Extension, South 6. Discuss Airport Maintenance Needs
