NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on January 14, 2020, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah: * 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider the following: o Amendments to Title 10 Zoning Regulations; * Amending 10-6-1 - Zoning by Districts + Removing 6 b) Regional Commercial (RC) + Changing 8 Business Park Districts to Downtown Place Types + Changing 8 a) from Business Park (BP) to Downtown Core A; + Adding 8 b) Downtown Core B; + Adding 8 c) Downtown General + Relabeling 9 Special Purpose Districts as 10 + Adding 9 as Station Area Place Types + Adding 9 a) Station Area Core + Adding 9 b) Station Area General + Adding 9 c) Innovation District o Add Chapter 13 (10-13) - Downtown & Station Area * Amending 10-17-1 - Table of Uses; Table17-2 - Table of Allowed Uses Non-Residential Zoning Districts. + Removing RC & BP as a listed zone * Amending 10-19-8 - Required Off-Street Parking; + Adding Downtown and Station Areas as a listed use * 6:00 p.m. -Public Hearing to consider the following: o Relabeling the current RC as Downtown o Relabeling the current BP as Innovation District o Rezone areas from LM, RE-20 and R-1-8 to Station Area THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
