Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, January 9, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request to amend an exhibit to the development agreement regarding the Haight Creek subdivision to change exterior building elevations related to this development (PMP-4-17). The project is located on approximately 7.2 acres north of Haight Creek, south of Shepard Lane, and east of the D.&R.G.W trail.
